I am currently a PhD student in the Research School of Biology at the Australian National University. My research looks at the impacts of past climate change on biodiversity in northern Australia, focusing on squamates. I am co-supervised by Craig Moritz (ANU), Simon Ferrier (CSIRO) and Dan Rosauer (ANU).
Prior to my PhD, I studied a Bachelor of Science (Ecology and Environmental Management) and a Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) at Monash University. I undertook a Summer Scholar Program with CSIRO in 2013, working at the Australian National Herbarium to look at spatial genetic networks. In 2015 I completed my Honours project looking at the global biogeography of the Asteraceae (daisy) family at the Australian National University and the CSIRO.
